We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our local design/build firm.
The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills including, but not limited to excel spreadsheets.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for tracking job costs, entering employee hours for payroll, ordering materials, filling out building permits and invoicing.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask.
Seeking in office person to work 4 week days per week 8am-4:
30pm.
Mondays a must, flexible on other week 3 days.
Paid holidays & vacation.
Duties Include:
- Clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, job tracking, excel spreadsheets - Oversee front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients - Coordinate with subcontractors for scheduling and processing invoices - Assist in the preparation of contracts and invoices - Support team members with various administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple calendars - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
