Including allowances as project scopes change.
oOffice administration skills required.
oProficient typing skills required.

oWill perform additional assignments per the Project Leader's direction oEssential Duties:
Maintain company sub-contractor database; points of contact, universal sub-contractor contracts, safety manuals, pre-qualification forms; up-to-date insurance docs; building permits; and ordering of materials.
oCall and email sub-contractors/prime contractors for the solicitation of proposals and bids for work in each division oPut together bid package docs; Request for Proposals, Construction Documents, Scope of Work, Change Orders, etc oSetting up and maintaining project contact list and email groups oFiling and organizing the project's electronic and paper files oDraft and distribute Change Orders, Meeting Minutes, and Purchase Orders oAdministrative and clerical tasks oSetting up meetings for the Project Leaders oObtaining project information; permitting requirements with the Building Dept.
oAssemble the project close-out package; Warranties, material information, project 'as-builts', equipment information, contractor contacts, maintenance agreements Benefits oPay:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
