com We are looking for an Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general office support and a variety of tasks outlined (but not limited to) the list below.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, a reliable team-player, able to multitask and a clear communicator who can follow verbal direction and prioritize tasks in a entrepreneurial manufacturing environment.
It is important that the candidate be able to work independently when required to do so.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Collect and distribute production paperwork.
Prepare correspondence, product quotations and order paperwork, reports, and other documents.
Assist with administering employee events.
Microsoft Word and Excel experience required.
Gmail, Wordpress, Adobe CC, math skills, graphics skills and/or writing experience a plus.
