A Day in the Life of a Pest Control Service Technician Flexible Scheduling A Pest Control Service Technician has the option of (4) 10-hour shifts or (5) 8-hour shifts with (1) Saturday every four weeksEmployees should be available between 7:
00 am - 5:
00 pm with some earlier starts and later finishes as neededLive the Values Service Above All Maintain high service standards across all accounts Be comfortable working with insects and various animals in a variety of environmental conditions and confined spaces Be the Part Be a great communicator - you know what and how to say it, whether it's to a customer or fellow teammateSafety first - carry ladders, work on roofs, climb steep roofs, maneuver tight crawlspaces and attics, and lift 50lbs Possess a valid driving record that meets company standards Pass a respirator fit test and may require DOT physical and pre-employment checks Forthright Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems Humble You know your stuff but are also not afraid to ask questions or ask for help if you need to Demonstrate respect towards your fellow teammates, customers, and members of the community Better than Yesterday Be obsessed with personal and professional growth Complete ongoing independent and group training Resourceful Work independently and as part of a team Be organized and prepared to conquer your day What You Get as a Pest Control Service Technician Compensation $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience level 10% commission on services sold Benefits Simple IRA (3% match after one year of employment) $350.
