Facilities Representative I
Facilities Representative IUlster Savings Bank is looking for a Facilities Representative I! The selected candidate will complete daily maintenance tasks including but not limited to janitorial services, snow removal, courier runs, light construction projects, ground maintenance, supply delivery, working with outside contractors, and performing various security procedures for the Kingston location as well as diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems.
The selected candidate must possess and maintain a calid New York State Driver's License and be eligible to drive bank vehicles, have basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, mechanical, and vehicle repair skills.
Candidate must be capable of lifting 50 pounds and have the ability to work at various heights.
