Summary:
Supports the practice by maintaining office systems and procedures, overseeing all administrative functions, and provides support to Holistic Chiropractor and nutrition/chiropractic practice as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes the following:

Responsible for patient customer care and relationships within the practice by creating the best possible
Experience:

Streamlining the scheduling and check out process to create a seamless and easy experience.
Communicate appropriately to clients the unique nature of our nutritional testing method and it's effectiveness along with chiropractic care and neuro-emotional technique.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as daily ledger entries, information management and filing systems.
Establishes uniform correspondence, practices and follow up for patients / clients.
Schedules all patient appointments, follow-ups, supplement pick up and maintenance protocols.
A firm belief in chiropractic, applied kinesiology, functional medicine, and holistic care modalities.
Willingness and genuine interest in learning actions of nutritional supplements( hundreds of supplements to be versed in and gain a working knowledge of), nutritional protocols, and chiropractic care.
Willingness to coach and support clients with their many individual requirements.
Delivers report of findings to nutritional patients, goes over dietary changes and individualized protocols to ensure best possible compliance and support for patients.
Processing credit card and other payment transactions.
Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications for scheduling client appointments using Mindbody system.
Corresponds with insurance companies to gain any necessary authorizations.
Files patient records in a timely manner.
Retains patient confidentiality and privacy utilizing HIPPA practices.
Handles the packaging of and shipping of nutritional supplements with great care to ensure patients receive the correct products in a timely manner.
Maintains outside vendor relationships.
Replenishes supplies as needed in accordance with the given budget.
Weekly orders of product and nutritional supplements Tracks call ins and prospect lead sources.
Keeps office tidy, clean and looking neat.
Keeps the practice running smoothly and efficiently.
Must be a people person and understand the complexity of handling patients in a compassionate manner.
Must be able to multitask and deal with pressure appropriately.
Willingness to adapt for the changing requirements of the practice.
Willingness and strong desire to learn with a steep learning curve.
Strong desire to help people on their healing journey.

Education/
Experience:
Associate's degree (A.

) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Must have one year experience or more working in the holistic or medical field.
Holistic Affinity:
Interest and/or passion for holistic modalities required.
Practical experience or genuine interest in applied kinesiology, chiropractic, and nutrition.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of using a Mac computer and associated programs.
Mindbody scheduling software system knowledge a plus but not a must.

Tuesday through Friday.
36 hours per week.
