Remote employees may be required to be in the office a couple of days a month Job Overview The Account Manager develops and maintains strong working relationships with our clients by managing ongoing projects and interacting closely with client teams day-to-day, including running effective meetings, facilitating deliverables, producing reports, escalating issues, and identifying effective ways to engage.
Responsibilities and Duties:
? Develop trusted advisor relationships with client teams, including customer stakeholders and executive sponsors ? Provide outstanding client service, including timely communications and proactive management of client initiatives ? Act as the day-to-day point person for assigned clients ? Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to ensure clarity on project goals, timelines, status, and deliverables ? Partner with the project manager to track and share updates on project progress, priorities, and budget ? Provide direction and guidance to the supporting team members, including others on the client services team as well as creative and other functions ? Schedule and facilitate client meetings on a regular basis ? Provide strategic guidance internally and externally to produce the best deliverables ? Engage and manage subject matter experts as needed for the project ? Collaborate with finance staff to stay within budget ? Provide regular client status reports to the internal manager ? Engage with third-party vendors on behalf of clients as needed ? Keep abreast of latest digital and industry research related to client work to ensure that Hale's services remain innovative and cutting-edge ? Some travel required to client
Qualifications:
? 4
years' experience in client management, marketing, or similar field ? Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, marketing or related field ? Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint ? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ? Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines ? Ability to collaborate to drive projects forward, particularly across multiple teams ? Proven self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects Job Type:
